Returns Policy

Returns

Making a return is easy. For any reason you can return your goods to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery by following the instructions below.

You will be responsible for any costs incurred returning your goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items of finished jewellery must also be in the original packaging if this was supplied to you.

 

How to return an item to us

To return your product, you should send us an email at sales@pearlston.com to obtain your Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Once you have received your RA number, please place the products in their original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.

Please ensure that your returned goods are shipped to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number from us.

Please obtain a receipt from the shipping firm and save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed.

If you are shipping an item over CHF20 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and also purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of when we received your returned goods.

 

Damaged items

We are not responsible for damage due to abnormal or improper use and normal wear and aging is not our responsibility.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at Pearlston, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods at sales@pearlston.com or alternatively you can call us on +41 22 311 74 58.

Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check.

 

Bespoke orders

Unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, goods that have been customised, drilled or made to your own specifications, including goods on request, which we do not carry in stock may not be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

We advise you to confirm your requirements carefully when ordering customised goods or goods made to your own specifications from us.
